  • Manage the design and construction process from conceptual design through construction, including FF&E

  • Establish and develop project delivery approach including phasing, procurement, permitting

  • Ensure that design concepts, subsequent drawing packages, and field installation meet with

  • Forward’s program and acceptance criteria.

  • Create and actively manage a master budget and schedule

  • Use competitive processes to procure team members including owner-vendors (storefront, millwork, signage, etc), general contractor, consultants. Review scopes for completeness and accuracy.

  • Report financials including budget adherence, commitments, cashflow, and accruals

  • Monitor construction process including contractor’s means and methods, adherence to design drawings, submittals, RFIs, field conditions, QA

  • Drive project to swift completion relative to punchlist, commissioning, and close-out documents, with clean hand-over to Facilities and Ops teams
