Manage the design and construction process from conceptual design through construction, including FF&E

Create and actively manage a master budget and schedule

Use competitive processes to procure team members including owner-vendors (storefront, millwork, signage, etc), general contractor, consultants. Review scopes for completeness and accuracy.

Report financials including budget adherence, commitments, cashflow, and accruals

Monitor construction process including contractor’s means and methods, adherence to design drawings, submittals, RFIs, field conditions, QA

Drive project to swift completion relative to punchlist, commissioning, and close-out documents, with clean hand-over to Facilities and Ops teams
